Helping to Improve Migrants’ Digital Literacy Skills – A Guide for Volunteer Trainers module is created.

PREPARATORY WORK

Desk Research Report

A state of the art capacity building programmes and good practices for building the necessary skills of educators / tutors working with migrants in terms of developing their literacy, numeracy and digital skills.

Focus Group Results

An analyse of the educators’ background and characteristics in each country to investigate the actual needs of future literacy, numeracy and digital skills-building to be offered by volunteer tutors to migrants.

Results of on-line questionnaire

All partners conducted online questionnaires to receive valuable feedback from stakeholders with a relative background in social and educational support services to migrants.

Specification of Didactic Methodology

The analysis of results of the previous results enabled the project partners to specify the didactic methodology of the capacity building course, namely define its learning goals, objectives and outcomes, as well as to bridge the gap between the current state of affairs and the learning objectives.
